After 5 months of planning with Meropa Communications the night finally arrived.

Puma Energy are launching into South Africa and with The Polo Room as the setting, the stage was set and the evening was an absolute success.
270 people joined us for a night of celebration and information about this exciting new company to be investing into South Africa. Peppered with the amazing sounds and dance from the Soweto Youth Choir and Warren Field to close off this amazing event.

Sight and Sound together with Meropa supplied the project management for the event and focusing mainly on the technical side of the event. We supplied a custom set with branding and a custom red stage. The lights were rigged to the roof and the desired effect of a colour changing red room was created.
All the video and sound supplied by us and visuals all around the hall and outside for added effect were supplied by us.

We had such a great time planning and executing this event.
