The Event Story
Sight and Sound and Urban Stiker conceptualised and executed the Technology day for Tarsus and Dell in November.
Custom made branded Set, which was manufactured inhouse, was a hit with staff and guests and was able to incorporate elements from Head Office. Mounted TV’s onto vinyl pvc covered flats and 12m of goal post trussing was used to section off each department.
We provided a touch screen, interactive table which guests could ‘build their own’ servers.
Lighting created ambiance and vibe.
A video presentation and speeches were made
Background music was played
And Each department exhibited their goods in a comfortable and convenient way.
Using Inspiration from Head Office, where there is a wall in the Dell room that we felt we really wanted to incorporate onto set at the expo day. We re-imagined it so magnificently and added lighting to finish it off
